Hydrofluorocarbons are gases that played an essential role in helping recover the ozone layer, but are thousands of times worse than carbon dioxide for global warming. Today, the House will discuss a bill that aims at phasing them out of the U.S. Meanwhile, the Senate studies the new USMCA trade deal. And, a new set of energy efficiency rules are published in the Federal Register.
