The EPA has finished a plan detailing PFAS regulations, but may be holding off on submitting it for agency reviews – raising concern about pressures within the Trump administration from the Department of Defense. Meanwhile at the Hill, the Senate sets a date for the confirmation vote of Dan Brouillette as Energy Secretary, and the House unveils a bill to make federal agencies aim for a 100% clean economy by 2050.
