A new deal on a budget for the upcoming fiscal year is set to pass, avoiding another December government shutdown. While the deal includes some provisions related to PFAS, it is not as aggressive as some in Congress wanted it to be.  Also, ahead of Thursday's Democratic presidential debate hosted by POLITICO and PBS, we analyze the candidates' positions on oil, gas, and fracking.
